LEGACY BOUND TRAVEL TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Travel Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to travel-planning and related services provided by Legacy Bound Travel, a travel brand operated by LMB Consulting Group LLC (“Legacy Bound Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By requesting, authorizing, or purchasing travel arrangements through Legacy Bound Travel, you acknowledge these Terms and any additional terms imposed by the applicable travel supplier.
1. Our Role as Your Travel Advisor
Legacy Bound Travel assists clients with researching, planning, coordinating, and arranging travel.
We act as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers. Travel services may be provided by third parties including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion companies, travel insurance providers, and other suppliers.
Legacy Bound Travel operates through its host-agency relationship with Outside Agents / A.S.A.P. Cruises, Inc.
Travel suppliers are independent entities and may impose their own contracts, conditions of carriage, booking conditions, privacy policies, cancellation policies, and other requirements.
2. Quotes, Pricing and Availability
Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the applicable reservation has been confirmed and any required deposit or payment has been successfully processed.
Airfare, cruise fares, hotel rates, resort rates, taxes, fees, promotions, inventory, and other travel components may change without notice before confirmation.
A quote does not guarantee inventory or price.
3. Traveler Information
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information.
Names provided for reservations should match the traveler's government-issued identification and/or passport exactly when required by the supplier or destination.
You are responsible for reviewing confirmations, invoices, itineraries, passenger names, dates, destinations, room or cabin categories, and other reservation information promptly and notifying Legacy Bound Travel of any errors.
Supplier fees may apply to corrections or changes.
4. Deposits and Payments
Deposits and final-payment requirements vary by supplier and reservation.
You are responsible for making required payments by the deadlines communicated to you. Failure to make a required payment may result in cancellation of a reservation and loss of amounts already paid, subject to the supplier's terms.
Legacy Bound Travel does not guarantee that a supplier will extend a missed payment deadline.
5. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Travel reservations may be subject to supplier cancellation penalties, change fees, nonrefundable deposits, or other restrictions.
Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the applicable supplier's terms and the type of travel purchased.
Legacy Bound Travel cannot guarantee a refund from a third-party supplier.
Any cancellation or modification request should be communicated to Legacy Bound Travel as soon as possible. A request should not be considered completed until the cancellation or modification has been acknowledged and processed as applicable.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel involves financial and other risks.
Travel insurance may provide protection for certain covered circumstances involving trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, baggage, or other events depending upon the particular policy.
Coverage varies substantially by policy.
When travel insurance is offered, travelers are responsible for reviewing the policy's coverage, exclusions, limitations, deadlines, and eligibility requirements and deciding whether the coverage is appropriate for them.
Declining travel insurance may leave you responsible for losses that would otherwise potentially have been covered.
7. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements
Each traveler is responsible for determining and satisfying applicable passport, visa, immigration, health, vaccination, documentation, and destination-entry requirements.
Requirements may vary based on citizenship, residency, age, destination, itinerary, and other circumstances and may change.
Travelers should verify current requirements with appropriate governmental authorities before departure.
8. Air Travel
Airline reservations are subject to the applicable airline's rules, fares, baggage policies, schedule-change policies, conditions of carriage, and cancellation requirements.
Airlines may modify flight schedules, aircraft, routes, seating, or other aspects of transportation.
Travelers are responsible for monitoring their flights and complying with airline check-in and boarding requirements.
9. Cruises and Other Supplier Services
Cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, excursions, transportation, and other travel components may be subject to additional supplier agreements and restrictions.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing applicable supplier documents and requirements.
The OA Terms you supplied likewise recognize that individual travel components may carry their own supplier terms.
10. Itinerary and Supplier Changes
Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond Legacy Bound Travel's control, including weather, natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, labor disruptions, mechanical problems, schedule changes, supplier operational decisions, public-health events, civil disturbances, or other unexpected events.
Suppliers may change schedules, ports, routes, accommodations, transportation, excursions, or other itinerary components in accordance with their own terms and applicable law.
Legacy Bound Travel will provide reasonable assistance when travel disruptions occur, but we cannot guarantee that a supplier will provide a particular alternative, refund, credit, or compensation.
11. Third-Party Suppliers
Legacy Bound Travel does not own or directly operate airlines, cruise ships, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, tour companies, or other independent travel suppliers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Legacy Bound Travel is not responsible for acts, omissions, failures, delays, changes, or services of independent third-party suppliers outside Legacy Bound Travel's control.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Legacy Bound Travel promptly so we can assist in identifying the transaction and, where appropriate, communicating with the applicable supplier or payment processor.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a travel reservation or eliminate contractual obligations owed to a travel supplier.
13. Website and Intellectual Property
The Legacy Bound Travel name, branding, original website content, graphics, written materials, and other intellectual property owned by Legacy Bound Travel or LMB Consulting Group LLC may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, supplier materials, and other content remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.
Information provided directly to travel suppliers or third-party services may also be governed by their respective privacy policies.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legacy Bound Travel and LMB Consulting Group LLC will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from acts or omissions of independent travel suppliers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Changes to These Terms
Legacy Bound Travel may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law or a separate agreement provides otherwise.
